To secure your booking, a $50 booking is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to the lash stylists and other clients we require at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This can be done online, by phone or text. Should you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours, your deposit will not be refunded with no exception.
*Full payment is required for No-show or missed appointments. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place and the full payment of the appointment will be charged.
Late arrivals
Please keep in mind that arriving late for your eyelash appointment may require us to shorten the length of the appointment, with full charges applied, so as not to cause an inconvenience the next clients. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of time to the scheduled appointments.
Non-refundable deposits
Please note all deposits are non-refundable however if a cancellation is made (with more than 48 hrs notice) or clients need to reschedule (with more than 48 hrs notice), only then are we able refund deposits - $5 administrative fees or transfer the deposit to a new a new booking.
Prior Allergic / Intolerances
We are serious about your health and the health of your lashes and we take this as our No.1 priority. IF you have previously had an allergic reaction from a previous studio, please book in a consultation before making any bookings to discuss your experience. Our cancellation policy applies where sensitivities are not brought up prior to you booking where the eyelash extensions treatment appointment cannot proceed.
Refill Policy
For an appointment to be considered a "REFILL", clients must return with at least 30% retention and within 4 weeks of their previous appointment date. Any client returning with less than 40% and over 4 weeks will be charged a $20 surcharge.
Our priority is to keep your lashes healthy all the time. You need to come in with at least 40% retention and within 4 weeks because as lashes grow away from the root, potential damage could occur if they are not removed and replaced with an extension closer to the lid. In doing so, it keeps your sets neat with the extensions pointing in the correct direction, and more importantly, it keeps your lash line consistently full and healthy.
